Tideline is a sculptural wall hanging inspired by the colors of the coast. Hand-dyed wool roving in ocean blue, seafoam, lavender-grey, and sandy gold cascades from a piece of natural driftwood, accented with flowing strips of turquoise sari silk ribbon.
The varied textures, chunky wool braids, soft roving twists, and textured fiber locks—create a sense of movement reminiscent of water and waves.
Approximately 6” in width, and 26” in length.
